Courtesy from AmiAmi...            6/30/2009 Eternal Cast of Kira~nTaking a couple of days off work and went to vacation (Genting Highlands so to speak, I'm all too exhausted after taking an all-day-long stroll around various casinos, shopping malls and theme parks around the tourist hotspot... ^^;) just a couple of days ago, I've managed to procure a unique souvenir, probably the only One amongst the many different object around this ever revolving Terra... As you can see, this is a wax cast of my own left hand doing the Kiran~n hand sign! XD It was quite an incredible experience during the brief process of cloning my Kira~n hand...  First my whole hand (Kira~n hand sign ready), was submerged under a freezing container of ice water, which I think was supposed to strip off my hand from its warmth... The store assistant never really explained the whole process so I can only guess... After a while, my popsicle Kira~n was dipped in hot molten wax in another container. Immediately after that, I can feel a thin layer of the wax hardened as soon as my now burning Kira~n returned to the icy water, in order to shake off the heat... as well as to cool down my scorching hand... 0,o The process was repeated for another couple of times until several layers of rocky-hard wax formed into shape. After a while, the cloned Kira~n was removed from its original copy, which felt like removing a glove from your hand, only tighter... :D To finalise the whole thing, I was told to choose a base for the wax clone, which I've chosen a star shaped one to further complement the whole Kira~ness... The Hand of Kira~n at different angles... However, maybe it's due to its awkward angle to place the base on, my aun't commented that the hand sign looks like Buddha's meditating sign... ^^;      The original master copy itself... :P As well as another shot posing along with the clone before returning to my den yesterday noon... ^_^   On side note, my 3rd daughter Meyrin is on her way to her new home... ^_^ Should arrive at the end of the week :D A Trip Down Memory LaneIt's been several weeks since my last walk on the nostalgic lane... now let's have a hack at the other couple of variations of the Neo Astray Team... Blink Frame is basically a recoloured version of Pink Frame, featuring Hyaku Shiki's (Z Gundam Series) notable eyes-blinding golden coating. I would like to produce more MS designs but alas my daily life threatens to overtake my daily dose of Anime, Manga and Gaming so... -,- 6/21/2009 Ookami wa Imouto-chan Jya!And so Horo was freed from her captivity... ^_^                    Warning, NQSFW (Not Quite Safe For Work) zone ahead... XD              Having quite a fun time interacting with my newest daughter, a review is coming along... :D Utilising Azone's customised Obitsu body, Horo is a bit shorter than Lacus.   Overall, Horo's loli body features a wide variety of articulated points; Most notable are her double-joint elbows and triple-joint knees. While maybe a little too much for the eyes when she bends her knees as her joints stick out too much, the same cannot be said when she's in a neutral standing pose as her joints are perfectly hidden from plain sight...   Unlike her elder sister tho, her torso consists of two separate soft rubber parts. As such, the joint between her Chiisana Mune and her abdomen is quite apparent...  As her head is made from soft rubber, I can easily remove her head as I pose her body so that her soft, shiny hair wouldn't get entangled during the process. As stated at earlier times, her Ookami Mimi is included as a slot-on hair band/piece thingie... I heard many people complained of the non-fluffy Mimi when the 1st of the piccies were released several weeks back, but to me it's wonderfully fitting to my daughter's overall physique... :D   You may wonder why I tastefully placed Horo's fluffy tail to cover off her most private part. Heck, some of you may even wish I would just leave her flowery heaven alone in the open. There's a reason to this... here's why...   何を此れ!? Her shippo is not attached to the Obitsu body at all! Instead, Azone opted to have her tail as a wearable pantsu. I'll have to be very careful with this pantsu as the connection of the tail's end with the pantsu is quite fragile... As such, I've been having a lot of problems when I'm trying to pose my daughter in her natural state... >_< More sisterly love... It would seem Lacus-chan gonna cling to her Imouto all day long from now on... Yuri sense tingling? XD
